All pieces incluide a simple and transparent background, except for sketches.
Consider some colors of the character palette may look slightly varied given the effects of shadow and lighting implemented. All this to fit better with my style of coloring.
As an artist, I have the freedom to sign all my works.
I have the right to decline your order if I’m not sure if I can do your request or if I don’t feel comfortable with it.
Surcharges may apply depending on complexity of character (detailed clothes, accessories, extra limbs, armors, etc.)【 PERMISSIONS 】As a customer you are authorized to:
Resubmit the commission (small version) to your sites by providing the corresponding credits.
Use the commission for personal purposes (print it for yourself, give it as a gift to a friend (while they don’t use it for commercial purposes), etc.)
Use it as an avatar or decoration on any of your networks as long as it’s for personal and non-profit use. Don’t available on:
Twitch
Youtube
Patreon
Or any streaming platform or generate income with.You are NOT authorized to:
Modify the work under no circumstances.
Trace or take the illustration as a base.
Delete my signature.
Claim the drawing as yours.一 All commissions are personal use and They will not be used for commercial purposes 一Please do not use the commission on Twitch (if you are an Affiliate or Partner), Youtube (with monetized channel), Patreon or any platform that you generate income withFor commercial purposes:
In the case you want to use the commission in your business media a fee of x1.5 will be applied for it:
The illustration is not the bulk of the product (for decoration on social media, promotional material, etc.)
Not available to produce or sell as merchandise (prints, pillows, postcards, etc.)【 PAYMENT PROCESS 】Payment will be via Paypal.
This payment will be made only in dollars (USD).
Don’t send any payment in advance until I have accepted your order.
I’ll send an invoice to avoid any kind of wrong transaction.
I’ll only start working on your order once I’ve received the full payment.
In the case payment is not yet made, people who are on the to-do list have up to a week to make the payment.
In that course I will advance with the orders in order of payment.
May be accommodated on the waiting list depending on the number of orders paid.
If the order has not yet been paid, the person will be put on the waiting list.

My native language is Spanish and in spite of understanding English, it turns out to be difficult for me to write it. So the messages in English may take a while to respond. Please be considerate and patient with this point.【 WORKING SPEED 】The approximate waiting time is about 1 to 3 weeks per illustration, however the time can be extended.
In the worst case, the maximum term that can finish the order will be around 1 month.
If I have other commissions to do before yours, understand that I will need more time. You can see the status of the commissions in my to-do list.
I will inform you if something happens that can delay the order.
IMPORTANT: I don't work saturdays and sundays (on weekends I take days off for health reasons)【 CHANGES AND TOUCHES 】Minor retouching will be completely free (2 max. per sketch)
Changes from the lineart will have an extra charge depending on the complexity.
Not available for Sketches and YCH.
If you are a very detailed person, please be sure to give me detailed information and references with good quality to have everything in order.【 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS 】I can return the full payment if I haven’t yet started working with your order.
You don’t have the right to cancel or ask for a refund once the payment has been received.
Tips/Donations are non-refundable.When you ask for a commission, it means that you have read and accepted all of the terms described above.Also, you agree with the policy of using my art for personal purposes by providing credits that correspond to me.☘ THANKS FOR READING ☘
